The Office of Legal Services serves as the legal counsel to the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet. Due to its capacity as counsel to the cabinet, this office will not discuss case information with the public, release documents to the public or give legal advice to the public. Requests for cabinet records should be directed as stated below.
Open records requests should be directed to the office, department, division or commission that handles the requested records. If you are unable to determine which office, department, division or commission you should direct your request to, you may direct your request to Barbara Pauley. She will direct your request to the appropriate office, department, division or commission. If you are requesting records that are not maintained by the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet, you will be so notified.
