Purpose

The Office of General Counsel serves as the legal counsel to the Energy and Environment Cabinet.  Due to its capacity as counsel to the cabinet, this office will not discuss case information with the public, release documents to the public or give legal advice to the public.  Requests for cabinet records should be directed as stated below.
